Even though Prince George Disc Golf Club was incorporated in 2022, disc golf has been in the area for more than a decade. Although, not in an organized capacity. The first disc golf course in PG was the one installed at Rainbow Park by the City of Prince George and the Rotary Club. In 2021, a new course located at the Hart Ski Hill was built using money from fundraising and the labor of local volunteers. PG has a grow community of passionate disc golfers, and the coming years will see many new events, leagues, tournaments, clinics and more.
